Mr. Javier Lluch has successfully developed and managed real estate funds and investments throughout the United States for more than a decade, including a partnership with RAB Development Corporation as President of Bricks Fund LTD, and other large U.S. real estate firms in articulating an $850 million real estate investment portfolio.
While working for Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lluch negotiated and established important institutional relationships in Latin America, and supervised and managed close to $500 million U.S. dollars of investment funds.
Mr. Lluch graduated in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, and has several real estate certificates of specialty studies from accredited U.S. institutions such as CCIM, and LEEDS.

As founder of RAB Development Corporation, he developed over 45 residential projects of new construction and conversions. Projects spanned Dade, Broward, Orange and Seminole Counties and ranged in size from 40-1100 units, and generated over $1 billion in sales in 4.5 years.
Mr. Michael Bauer's real estate career spans a broad spectrum of the construction and development arenas with both U.S. and international projects including medical, luxury and affordable residential, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, institutional and municipal purpose. The total value of projects in which he has been involved directly surpasses $2 billion U.S. Dollars.
Bauer continues active engagement in the construction industry's R&D segment providing Palitadia the latest in means and methods for use in construction.
During his years in Turnberry as Director of Preconstruction Division and Chief Estimator, his responsibilities included preparation of the preliminary budgets for funding, final budgets for construction and the evaluation of contractor's bids.

Mr. Pedro Blanco is the founder and managing director of the investments holding companies, Enkeros Investments and Agleon Investments LLC.
Mr. Blanco was founder and Executive President of Actinvest, a full service broker-dealer in Venezuela, which was sold to investors in 2009. Recently he has led the creation of various products and ventures within the financial industry in the United States and abroad and is a holder of the United States 7, and 24 securities licenses.
In his professional experience Mr. Blanco has contributed to the international development of multinational companies with responsibilities ranging from highly technical areas of oil exploration & production and mining, to risk management, financial analysis, restructuring, business development, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment management and venture capital.
